Batman and Gordon called the School to get this meeting in (see above) and Batman asked O'Hara to get a visual box of Joker's ready and meet at the Batmobile so that this meeting can be a successful one indeed. It's a pretty bizarre show of where the Joker has a clever way of fooling the Police, Batman, the School of Woodrow Roosevelt High, and among other things of which he brought a novelty/jukebox company to do his dastardly deeds.
